Im a vegetarian and 16 yrs old and i just started soccer about 2 months ago, since then i have just gotten soooo hungry all the time. i’m not losing weight, but I’m gaining heaps of muscle; but i’m also not sure if im getting enough protein or iron or whatever because im always hungry. I want some info on how to not be so hungry, so i can get enough of the stuff i need to support my muscles without eating alot of the wrong stuff, just abit of the right stuff. also are protein shakes a good idea?
