creatine question on taking creatine while doing muscle building and body working for myself?
Of course I’ve searched wikipedia, but you can’t beat yahoo answers either. At least getting some peoples’ opinions. Okay, so I was talkign to my sister of all the stuff I need to do this summer. Because after playing highschool softball, we’re going to do some extreme training all summer, fall and winter, to get me faster, and stronger to be better. I plan on running every day, and lifting weights every day, and doing the ab lounge and total gym every day. My dad suggested taking a creatine capsule, one, about every two days. My sister said it sounds unhealthy and I told her I would read up on it before taking it. I don’t want to hurt my health, or make it so my softball career ends or anything. Is it helathy for me to take one about every two days to help build my muscles and give me energy? Or will my body get too used ot it and not let it help? Is it necessarily bad for my health to be taking these? Thanks for your help!
