Im 16,6 feet tall, 260lbs (possibly more, i havnt weighed myself in a few months) 20% bodyfat. I need to cut my fat down (duh) So my current diet is 260g protien, 100g carbs (low carb days) 150g (high carb day) I work out 45 minutes a day (4 days a week) and I do cardio 5 days a week. I cant run (My knees and ankles hurt too much) so I walk at a 4.0 mph pace. I take N-O explode, probolic sr (30 minutes before i go to sleep) Met-rx proten powder, met rx glutamine and Animal Creatine. I also take carnatine, arginine, on’s optimen multivitamin,cytolean and green tea extract. In your opinion is there anything I should or shouldnt be doing that i am doing, or anything i need to be doing that im not? I eat so little carbs because 300-200g didnt do anything.I eat every 2-3 hours, I have a large portion of my carbs for breakfast and before and after my work out. Im using heavy weights with a few intesity princables durring the work out and higher reps (8-12)
