atp creatine phosphate
How does a resting muscle generate most of its ATP?

A. conversion of creatine phosphate
B. glycogenolysis.
C. aerobic respiration.
D. the tricarboxylic acid cycle.
E. anaerobic respiration.

Explain.

It might have something to do with the kreb’s cycle.
Creatine helps store ATP in the muscles so it may not be a.
Im guessing B because glycogen is energy in the muscles I think.. or maybe c but I have no idea what that is.

Ergogenic aids are additives used to enhance physical performance outside the normal diet.

Bodybuilding supplements developed in a huge, diverse, confusing industry. There is so much there such a wide range of choice that each user the first time must feel disappointed. Not only there are countless types of additives, are endless brands and companies providing them.

What's really needed and where to I get it? This is not an easy question, but here are my choices and advice after 10 years of experience and observation.

First, I will say in advance that Bodybuilding supplements are not strictly necessary to achieve their training goals. Your first priority to be healthy and balanced diet that provides a constant supply of nutrients in appropriate proportions. Are called "additions" to reason, they supplement the normal nutritional intake food.

Nothing can replace fresh, healthy food: you can not get the best out of yourself, and eat junk. So begin to make sense, then the basis for a permanent supplementation to push their physical boundaries somewhat further.

This week I will discuss The number one supplement in the world …

Creatine

If you do not know exactly what creatine is, or has an impact on your body can thus will be somewhat clearer.

The most basic molecule that provides energy for every function in every cell of the body is called ATP (Adenosine Tri-phosphate).

The structure is: 1 adenosine molecules linked to the 3 phosphate molecules (eg + P + P + P).

Energy is used in the reaction of one of the phosphate molecules break its ties with key molecules: + P + P – P = E (energy).

Yes, adenosine tri-phosphate is adenosine diphosphate, as is the third phosphate molecule: ATP – P = ADP

To continue creating energy process must be reversed. This is possible because of the other molecules involved in the response to PC (Phosphocreatine).

Phosphocreatine phosphate lost driving back per molecule of ADP to form ATP so that energy can be re-created: ADP + CP = ATP

This whole process is called: ATP – PC and the cycle continues until the entire phosphocreatine.

You see where I'm heading here? Yes, that's right. If creatine can be added correctly to build bigger phosphocreatine storage in muscle and liver to facilitate the creation of energy. The benefits of this are:

* Ability to train more and harder to achieve faster results

* Increased short recovery time between sets of exercises and training

* Increased long period of recovery time between workouts

* Increased strength and endurance

The muscle cells There is also some structural changes:

* Increasing the volume of water drawing phosphocreatine cells into the cell by osmosis

* The extension and stretching of the muscle cell membranes from the increased water absorption

* Increased use of protein synthesis and muscle

* Increased destruction of muscle proteins

Sounds pretty good, right? Always follow this supplement because it is a sense. The logic is clear. You can not beat a healthy diet, but creatine may be able to give you the edge.

I tried monohydrate creatine, Micronised creatine, Liquid creatine, creatine, and various nano creatine delivery systems. They all worked to an extent, some more than others. Several of them had less desirable effects such as headaches and stomach problems.

I recommend NANO Creatine.

Nano Creatine powder is very good and I found it easiest on your body with important results.

Here's What I recommend to take Nano creatine However, you can play with flavors and ranges depending on the size of the body.

Mix approximately 1 teaspoon of creatine Nano, 3 teaspoons of glucose powder and 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder MIP 300ml water and 300ml apple juice.

Water hydrates the body, apple juice, glucose transport creatine powder and protein in the cells.

Drink twice a day of training, before and after training, and once a day of training is not.

Must be included and out of your routine for best results learning and internal health. I suggest that this simple system:

* For 1 month – 1 week off, then,

* 1 month – 2 weeks off, then,

* For 1 month – 3 weeks off, then,

* On 1 months – 1 month off

This is a great product, but may not agree with everyone. Try it and see how you are. But remember, that good food comes first.

In the next article on the supplements we talk about Protein Powder.

Train hard and well.

The major challenge for athletes and physical fitness buffs is to keep the muscles and brain energized. This is especially the case for endurance athletes who also need to recover their muscle power quickly after an intense workout and exercise.Muscle contraction and relaxation are driven by energy in the cells provided by the compound adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Muscles have only a limited supply of ATP, however. The ATP levels are rapidly used up during exercise, particularly in short, intense bursts of anaerobic activity. Many an athletes needs immediate replenishment of energy in the muscle during demanding regimens, such as sprinting and weightlifting. In these situations, the body produces ATP: The energy currency in the cells, which powers muscle movement and control.How much and how efficiently is ATP produced depends upon the amounts of creatine phosphate stored in the cell. Creatine is the biomolecule, which produces ATP. Creatine is indigenous to the human body, and is produced by the liver and stored in the brain, skeletal and heart muscles where it serves as a ready pool to produce ATP. Creatine is the key substance that helps speed up the ATP refueling of the muscle. More creatine in the muscle means greater energy production that allows muscle to work longer and at higher intensity.How does creatine help the muscle perform at higher efficiency and recover faster? Creatine saturates the muscle to convert it into ATP. This conversion takes place in the absence of oxygen and is, therefore, used as an anaerobic pathway for energy.Creatine is, however, more than just an ergogenic nutrient: It has a voluminizing effect on the muscle. Cell voluminizing, or cellular hydration, involves binding of water to the muscle fiber. In turn, this binding gives rise to the “pumped” look. Since water is bound inside the muscle, the athletes using creatine do not have the “puffy” appearance. In other words, the muscle looks larger but, more importantly, has improved strength and has high energy and intensity. That allows the athlete to recover faster and have more energy for each training session.Ultimate Nutrition’s Crea Pure is the highest quality micronized creatine that is specifically designed to enhance biovoluminization. Crea Pure is scientifically tested to provide the ready source of energy for the athlete on the go.
